This weekend, of course, was when the snow emergency occurred for most of Southern Michigan. We got the most snow, which was 18.5 inches of snow. I was working from 9-6 and watched it all accumulate during the day by watching it outside the window.

My boss insisted we make more donuts, although for a Sunday, it was about completely dead due to the storm. There was no need to make even more, but we still did. My coworker Caylee, and I, made donuts till 1:30 and it took me till 3 o'clock to clean everything up, which included filling up all the filling pumps and icing bowls. I ended up making more directly afterward for the delivery donuts which also sucked. Usually, I do some of everything - counter, cleaning, and finishing the donuts. However, I only finished all day which was exhausting.
